Welcome to Your Royal Family Deck ("the App"), available at family-deck-studio-production.up.railway.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Your Royal Family Deck is created and operated by Rotem Eilat, an individual creator based in Israel.
When you use the App, we may collect: Your email address when you sign up or log in; Portrait photos you upload; AI-generated card images created from your photos; A session ID used to keep your project connected while you use the App; Basic browser storage information.
Your uploaded photos are used only to generate your personalized playing card artwork. Each portrait may be sent to OpenAI's API (gpt-image-2) for the purpose of creating the final card image. Uploaded photos are stored temporarily on our server and may be deleted after the session is completed. We do not use your photos for advertising, resale, or unrelated training purposes. OpenAI processes images according to its own privacy and API data-handling policies.
We use your email address for account access, login, and important service messages. With your consent, we may also send occasional product updates, offers, or announcements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We use the following service providers to operate the App: Railway (application hosting; servers may be located in the EU and/or US), Google Firebase — Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Cloud Firestore for session data, operated by Google LLC, OpenAI for image generation as described above, and Resend for sending transactional email. Each provider processes only the data necessary for its function.
We do not sell your personal data, uploaded photos, or generated images to third parties.
The App may use browser local storage to remember your session state and help the App work properly. This is not used to track you across other websites.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us by email. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
