Welcome to Your Royal Family Deck ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App allows users to upload family portraits and generate personalized playing card artwork, such as King, Queen, and Jack cards. The final result can be downloaded as a custom digital deck.
The service is provided as-is. AI-generated artwork can vary in quality, style, accuracy, and similarity to the uploaded photo. We do our best but cannot guarantee perfect likeness, printing quality, or a specific artistic outcome.
You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. Do not upload photos of people without their consent. Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the images you upload.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. The creator owns the card templates, layouts, shell designs, visual structure, and brand elements. Unless otherwise agreed, generated card images are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not: use the App for commercial resale without written permission; upload photos without required rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the App; abuse or overload the service.
The App may have downtime or maintenance periods. No uptime guarantee is provided.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App creator is not responsible for indirect losses, printing issues, or results from photos uploaded without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
